Icebreaker & Registration

Avogadro’s Number is Fort Collins’ premier outdoor music venue, with a restaurant and bar, serving up hot food, cold drinks, and incredible music.  Join us to welcome colleagues, sample authentic Fort Collins cuisine, enjoy local craft-microbrews and enjoy Colorado’s distinct musical flavor of bluegrass.  Beat the crowds registering early and pick up your  conference materials during the party!

Avogadro’s Number is located less than 15 minutes north of Colorado State University. From Academic Village (campus lodging) head east on W. Pitkin St towards Mason Street. Turn left/north on Mason Street, cross Laurel Street, until you arrive at Avogadro’s Number located on the west side of Mason Street

Working dinner exclusively for EMS Journal Board Members.  Members can RSVP for this option during online registration or directly with Dan Ames at dan.ames@byu.edu

Tuesday June 26

Exhibitor Reception & Poster Session

Join our exhibitors, sponsors and poster presenters for time to connect and network with colleagues.  The networking reception is designed to facilitate the exchange of ideas and collaborations. Registration includes a variety of appetizers, small plates and cash bar.

iEMSs Biennial General Meeting

All registered conference attendees are automatically registered as members of iEMSs for 2018-2020. As society members you are cordially invited to join the general meeting to learn about and join society committees, vote on important topics, and participate in elections for society officers and board members. Registration includes a variety of appetizers and small plates.

iEMSs Banquet & Award Ceremony

Join us for a reception (5-7pm) on the New Belgium Porch followed by a plated dinner and libations in the Stadium Club at the brand new Colorado State Stadium! Awards Ceremony to follow the banquet.
