Conference registration is now CLOSED. On-site registration will be available, fees are listed below. Participants are no longer able to reserve campus accommodations.

*Student registration is only available on a first-come-first-served basis; quantities are limited and once capacity has been reached students will be required to pay the regular professional registration fee.
**Campus lodging is not available during on-site registration.

Cancellation Policy

Should you decide not to attend the conference after you register, cancellation requests must be received by CSU Conference & Event Services at 1+(970) 491.6222 or conferences@colostate.edu no later than May 15, 2018 by 5:00pm (U.S. MOUNTAIN TIME). A $50 processing fee will be charged for each cancellation. No cancellation requests will be honored after this time, though substitutions will be allowed for a $25 processing fee.
